About the NutriRasa Dietitian Team
Based in Semarang, working online across the country. Here is who runs the service, how each session is handled, and which everyday food principles guide the advice.
Who we are
NutriRasa is an online nutrition consultation service built around registered dietitians who consult remotely with clients across Indonesia. Our office is on Jl. Pemuda No. 10 in Semarang, Central Java, but sessions run online, so where you live does not decide whether you can register.
We started the service because finding a dietitian outside the major cities is still difficult for many households. A family in a smaller town often has the same questions as one in Jakarta, but far fewer places to take them. NutriRasa exists so that the distance stops mattering: you register online, you meet your dietitian over a video session, and the guidance you get is written for your kitchen, not for an ideal one.
The registration form is the front door for every new client. It asks for the basics we need to place you with the right dietitian, and it takes a few minutes.
How the dietitian team works
One dietitian, one client list
Each dietitian manages their own clients from the first assessment review through every follow-up session. You are not handed to a rotating queue. The person who reads your notes is the person you speak to next time.
That continuity is the point. A plan shaped over three conversations is usually more useful than advice restarted from scratch each time.
Cases discussed in the team
When a plan needs a second opinion, dietitians raise the case internally and talk it through together. Questions about family meals, mixed households, or an unfamiliar food pattern get more than one trained pair of eyes, and the guidance stays consistent across the team.

Credentials you can read
Every profile lists the dietitian's credentials, including MTKI-linked registration, along with their focus areas. You can see who you will be speaking with before the session starts. If the fit is not right after your first meeting, ask for a different dietitian and we will arrange it.
Frequently Asked Questions
What guides the consultation approach
We start with what you already eat. That sounds obvious until you notice how much nutrition advice skips straight past it. Before any plan exists, your dietitian asks what a normal week looks like: what you cook, what you buy, what you order when there is no time.
Plans are then built around Indonesian ingredients, the markets you actually shop at, and the way your household cooks. We do not frame food as good or bad, and we do not push products we have no reason to sell. The consultation is guidance on eating patterns, portions, and meal planning, delivered by a registered dietitian through an online session.
Practical planning over rigid rules
A plan that works on paper can fail in a real kitchen. So we write plans that survive a busy Tuesday: leftovers, a warung lunch, and the nights nobody wants to cook. The menu harian examples we suggest are specific and repeatable. If a week goes off track, that becomes information for the next session, not a reason to stop.
Local food as a working tool
Indonesian food culture is broad. Sagu and papeda belong to eastern traditions, tempeh and tahu are everyday staples in many homes, and fermented foods like tempeh, oncom, and pickled vegetables carry their own local histories. We treat that variety as an asset for balanced eating rather than a complication to work around.
How we talk about health topics
Anemia, family nutrition, and other public-health concerns come up in sessions. We discuss them in plain language, referring to everyday foods and daily habits rather than test results you may not have. Where a topic is familiar, we explain it simply; where it is not, we take the time it needs.
What we do not do is diagnose, prescribe, or manage a medical condition. When a question needs a doctor, we say so and suggest following up with your clinician. A consultation here stays on eating patterns, portions, and meal planning. You keep responsibility for what you eat, and we help make that part easier.
Everyday Nutrition Guide
From sagu and papeda to tempeh in a warung on the corner, the food you already eat is the starting point, not a problem to solve.
Local Foods and Meal IdeasWhat we are not
We are not a hospital, a clinic, or a supplement company. We do not promise specific outcomes by specific dates, and we do not run detox programs. Consultation here is guidance on eating patterns, portions, and meal planning, offered by a registered dietitian through an online session.
You keep responsibility for what you eat, and we help you make that easier. When a question crosses into something a doctor should answer, we say so instead of improvising. That boundary is not a limitation of the service; it is what keeps the advice honest.
How we handle your information
Details from your registration form and your sessions are used to plan and deliver your consultation. We do not sell personal data. The privacy policy explains what is collected, why, and how to request changes or deletion. Questions about your data can go to the team directly.
Privacy PolicyHow we keep improving the service
Client feedback shapes how the registration form is worded, how session notes are organized, and which follow-up options exist. We review anonymized themes from sessions to improve the written guidance we share. If something in the process is confusing, telling us is useful.
Where we are and how to reach us
Our base is Semarang, Central Java, at Jl. Pemuda No. 10. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Registration is handled online, so you do not need to visit the office to start. If you prefer to meet in person first, ask and we will explain what is possible.

Questions about the team
Can I choose my dietitian?
Yes, in most cases. Profiles list credentials and focus areas, and you can request a specific dietitian during registration. If the fit is not right after your first session, ask to change and we will arrange it.
Is the team based only in Semarang?
The office is in Semarang, but sessions are online and clients register from across Indonesia. Your location does not limit who you can speak with or how often you follow up.
Do I need a diagnosis or test results to register?
No. Most clients come with a question about everyday eating rather than a diagnosis. If you do have notes from a doctor, bring them, and your dietitian can read them alongside what you already eat.
How long does a session take, and how often do follow-ups happen?
The first session is the longest because your dietitian is learning your routine. Follow-ups are shorter and spaced by weeks, depending on what you want to work on next. You and your dietitian agree the pace together.
Ready to register for an online session with a registered dietitian?
Registration starts on the home page and takes a few minutes. You share what you usually eat, choose a dietitian, and your first session is scheduled online.
