Include your registration reference if you have one — replies move faster that way.
Through the form
New clients can use the registration form to set up an online nutrition consultation, choose preferred times, or ask a question first — the team replies before scheduling.
Already booked and need to move your session? Mention it in the message field.
Fill in what the dietitian needs to prepare for your session. Fields marked required must be complete before the form can be sent; everything else helps the team answer usefully on the first reply.
Office & visiting
The office sits at Jl. Pemuda No. 10, Semarang, Jawa Tengah, 50132. Visits are by appointment, so please confirm a time with the team before you come. If you would rather pay in person, or talk face to face about how the service works before committing, ask and the team will explain what is possible.
Most sessions happen entirely online, which means you do not have to travel for a consultation. The office is mainly the place where the team works from and where a handful of in-person conversations happen when that suits everyone better.
Use the map to plan your route. Since visits are by appointment, confirm a time with the team first — that way someone is free to sit with you.
What to include
Your name, a contact number, and a short description of your situation give the team enough to reply usefully. If you are asking about a specific dietitian, mention the name. If your question is about a session you already booked, include the date — it saves a round of messages.
Notes, photos, or report attachments are not needed at first contact — the team will ask if anything is missing.
Response times
Messages that arrive during business hours are usually answered the same day. Evening and weekend messages are handled on the next working day. Registration forms go through the same review during business hours, and appointment suggestions follow the same pattern.
If your message is urgent, note that in the subject line of an email so it is handled first. For anything time-sensitive, calling +62 24 354 7744 during working hours is the quickest route.
Feedback
If the registration form was confusing, a session note was unclear, or a session did not go the way you expected, write to [email protected] and say so directly. Feedback goes to the team rather than being filed away.
When a complaint needs a next step beyond the team, whoever handles it will explain what that step is and who is responsible for it — you will not be left guessing.
No. The registration form accepts questions as well as bookings, so you can describe what you are unsure about and leave the appointment window blank. The team replies first and you decide about scheduling afterwards.
Yes. Put the name in the preferred dietitian field when you register, or mention it in a phone call or email. If that person's schedule is full for the window you want, the team will say so and offer alternatives rather than booking you with someone you did not ask for.
Call the office or send an email with your registration reference and the original date. New appointment options come back the same way. Try to give as much notice as you reasonably can, since later slots in a week tend to fill first.
They are used to prepare and schedule your consultation, and to contact you about it. The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected, why, and how long it is kept. You can ask the team about your own record at any time.
Read How Online Consultation Works for the sequence from registration to session, then send the form. If you would rather read first, the Everyday Nutrition Guide and the Local Foods and Meal Ideas pages show the kind of guidance a session builds on.

Send the registration form for an online nutrition consultation, or call the office if a conversation is easier than typing. Either route reaches the same team.
